How do I make a booking?

All bookings must be made before 2:30pm the day prior to your transfer. Late bookings may be accepted by phone up until 5pm, depending on availability. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a text message around 5:30–5:45pm the evening before with your pickup time.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel, please do so before 5pm the evening prior to your scheduled transfer to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made after this time, or no-shows at pickup, are non-refundable.
If you’re unwell, you can receive a 50% refund by contacting us via phone or text at least 1 hour before your pickup time.

What should I do when my driver arrives?

Please be ready and waiting 5–10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. When the driver arrives. If you are not waiting outside when the driver arrives, the driver will text saying “We Have Arrived” and wait one minute past your pickup time, so it’s important to be outside and ready.

What happens if there’s a vehicle breakdown?

In the unlikely event of a breakdown, passengers are expected to have an Uber account and be willing to share a ride. Dawesville FIFO Shuttle will reimburse the Uber cost if it’s booked due to a breakdown affecting your scheduled transfer.

What happens if my email confirmation doesn't arrive?

You should receive an email confirmation with your booking details. If it hasn’t arrived within an hour of making your booking, please check your Junk/Spam folder.
